This is the ULTIMATE chocolate cake: not only is it super delicious & chocolate-y (thank you, @valrhona ), it actually gets better with time, so you can make it in advance (perfect for a wedding!) 💫💫💫
ALSO, because I know that not everyone has the time/space/stomach capacity for a 3-layer, 10-inch diameter cake, I’ve also added some notes on scaling down the recipe in the post, so you won’t have to be overwhelmed by cake (unless, of course, you want to be)! 😋😋
