This year’s gingerbread undertaking was a Gingerbread Defender, which @amyjhorn_ and I made, following Chlorosis Wolff’s templates & tutorial! 🫚🛻🍪✨
It may have only lasted 36 hours before it collapsed (RIP), but it was still delicious (thanks to @mimasinclair ‘s gingerbread recipe!) and was (for a short while) recognisable as a car, so I’m thinking it was a success! 😋🤩

Andddd we’re back with another festive instalment of my Baking Around the World Series! This time, we’re off to Iceland with these Marens-Kornflexkökur: meringue cookies, flavoured with vanilla & studded with dark chocolate and cornflakes! 🇮🇸🍫🍪
I also opted to drizzle mine with dark chocolate (inspired by @kateveggiedesserts ), because when does extra chocolate ever make a bake less tasty? 😋🍫
